  • Bedroom humidifier at 40-60% humidity. Mature skin loses moisture overnight.
  • Any new or changing spot should be checked by a dermatologist. South Asian skin is underscreened for melanoma.
  • Mom: small amount of rich moisturizer around eyes, tapped gently with ring finger.
  • Pops: daily razor is highest irritation risk. Consider switching to a trimmer long-term.
  • Consistency matters more at this age. Repair is slower. Missing days costs more.
  • 2.5-3L water daily. Mature skin dehydrates faster and shows it immediately.
  • Fatty fish 3x/week. Omega-3s support skin barrier and reduce inflammation.
  • Collagen foods: bone broth, eggs, citrus, berries, bell peppers daily.
  • Vitamin D3+K2 supplement. Very likely deficient especially if mostly indoors.
  • Reduce sugar aggressively. Glycation damages existing collagen faster at this age.
  • Green tea 1-2 cups daily. Anti-inflammatory, photoprotective.
